Currently Sheikh Hasina National institute of Burn & Plastic Surgery have three courses running. MS in plastic Surgery, MD in radiology under BSMMU, & fellowship (FCPS) in plastic & reconstructive surgery under BCPS.
MS plastic surgery is accredited by the competent authority of the university (BSMMU) after prescribed examination schedule. A total five years of residency program divided into Phase A (two years) followed by Phase B (three years).
Total phase A residents are 40
Total phase B residents are 35
Total FCPS trainee are 5 in number.
